These Vacuum Feedthroughs are welded into industry standard flanges for use in vacuum chambers, the feedthroughs are available in flange types KF, CF and ISO and also in various sizes. Depending on the flange type and size it's possible to mount several feedthroughs in one flange.

The flanges are available in stainless steel 304 or 316, every vacuum feedthrough is tested to 10^-9 mbarL/s
